Setting Up Company Email on Mobile Devices

Recommended App

Use the official Microsoft Outlook app (free on the App Store and Google Play). Do not use the built-in mail app — it does not support all company security policies.

iOS (iPhone / iPad)

1. Download Microsoft Outlook from the App Store.
2. Open the app and tap Add Account.
3. Enter your company email address and tap Continue.
4. You will be redirected to the company login page — sign in with your credentials.
5. Complete the MFA prompt if required.
6. Allow notifications when prompted.

Android

1. Download Microsoft Outlook from Google Play.
2. Follow the same steps as iOS above.
3. If prompted to enroll your device in MDM, tap Allow — this is required by company policy.

MDM Enrollment Note

Accessing company email on a personal device will enroll it in our Mobile Device Management (MDM) system. This allows IT to remotely wipe company data (but not personal data) if your device is lost or stolen. This is mandatory for security compliance.
