Printer Shows as Offline
Check that the printer is physically powered on and connected to the network.
On Windows: Open Settings → Bluetooth & devices → Printers & scanners.
Click the printer and select Open print queue.
In the Printer menu, uncheck Use Printer Offline.
If still offline, remove the printer and re-add it.
Print Job Stuck in Queue
Open the print queue (see above).
Right-click all jobs and select Cancel.
If they don't clear, open Services (search in Start menu), find Print Spooler, and click Restart.
Delete any remaining files in
C:WindowsSystem32spoolPRINTERS.Start the Print Spooler service again and retry.
Scanning Issues
For multi-function printers (MFP), scanning requires the Windows Fax and Scan tool or the manufacturer's software. If scanning is not working:
Ensure the scanner driver is installed — check the Software Center.
Restart the Windows Image Acquisition (WIA) service from Services.
Verify the MFP is on the same network as your computer.
