Overview
If you've forgotten your password or your account has been locked, you can reset it using the self-service portal or by contacting the IT helpdesk.
Option 1 — Self-Service Password Reset
- Navigate to the login page and click Forgot Password.
- Enter your registered email address and click Send Reset Link.
- Check your inbox for an email from noreply@company.com. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive within 5 minutes.
- Click the reset link in the email. The link is valid for 30 minutes.
- Enter your new password. It must meet the following requirements:
- At least 12 characters
- At least one uppercase letter
- At least one number
- At least one special character (!@#$%)
- Click Save New Password and log in.
Option 2 — Contact the Helpdesk
If you don't have access to your registered email, contact the IT helpdesk directly:
- Phone: ext. 5400
- Email: helpdesk@company.com
- Hours: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–6 PM EST
You will need to verify your identity before a reset can be issued.
Troubleshooting
If the reset link is not working, ensure you're using the most recent link sent. Old links are automatically invalidated when a new one is requested.
